Fusion-Loc® Warranty 

Fusion-Loc® is a registered trademark of Evolve Lifewares Pty Ltd. All Fusion-Loc® products are designed and manufactured to meet high standards of quality and durability.

1. 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

Evolve Lifewares Pty Ltd warrants that all Fusion-Loc® products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Defects arising from normal, intended use of the product

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow care or installation instructions
  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, or environmental factors beyond normal use
  • Labour, installation, or removal costs

At its discretion, Evolve Lifewares Pty Ltd will repair, replace, or refund any product found to be defective under this warranty.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

2. 10-Year Rust-Free Replacement Warranty

Fusion-Loc® products are backed by a 10-year rust-free replacement warranty, commencing from the original date of purchase.

This warranty guarantees that the metal components of Fusion-Loc® products will remain free from rust or corrosion that compromises the structural integrity or function of the product under normal residential use.

This warranty includes:

  • Replacement of the affected product if rust or corrosion occurs within the warranty period

This warranty does not cover:

·        Components manufactured from non-metallic materials such as, but not limited to the suction cups, rubber seals/valves and plastic brackets/bumpers.

  • Surface staining, discolouration, or cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance
  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper maintenance
  • Use in non-residential, commercial, or industrial environments unless specifically approved
  • Coastal, marine, or extreme environments beyond normal residential conditions (unless otherwise stated)

Replacement under this warranty applies to the product only and does not include installation or associated costs.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
