Do you have spare parts?
Yes, Our spare parts are available directly from us and not Bunnings, located on the following website (click on link below) www.evolvelifewares.com.au/shop. We offer free shipping on our spare parts.
I believe I have a warranty claim, What do I do?
Go to our "Contact Us" page and send us a message, ensure you include your postal details as we will use these in case we need to send you a replacement part or product.
I cannot find one of your products at my local Bunnings, Can I buy from you directly?
Bunnings have different size stores so our range can vary across their huge network of stores. Your local Bunnings can special order any product on your behalf. Unfortunately we do not sell direct to the public any of the Bunnings range of products.
I have a suction cup that is no longer staying suctioned to my wall, What do I do?
If your suction cup is new please follow the "Glass Installation Test" in the troubleshooting guide in the instructions. If your suction cup is old then you may need to replace it as they can wear over time. Replacement suction cups can be found on the found on the following website www.evolvelifewares.com.au/shop
What warranty is on my Fusion-Loc product?
All metal components come with a 10 year rust free warranty period and all other components including suction cups have a 12 months warranty covering manufacturing defects.
How do I know if my wall is non-porous?
Common non-porous surfaces included glass, glazed tiles, flat metal like garage storage cabinets, most solid laminated cabinet doors found in modern kitchens and bathrooms. Plasterboard and painted timber surfaces are considered porous surfaces.
My tiles are shiny, does that mean they are glazed?
No, while most shiny ceramic tiles will be glazed there are available some ceramic tiles that are shiny but are a polished tile and are not glazed. Without glazing, suction accessories will not stay up long term.
I have porcelain tiles, will Fusion-Loc products work on them?
No, unfortunately they will not stay up long term as porcelain and similar tiles like travertine are porous. In order to use Fusion-Loc products on these types of tiles you will also need to purchase our Porous Wall Adhesive Discs, which are also available at Bunnings.
How do I remove my Fusion-Loc suction cup?
Watch the video below on how to remove your suction cup. Ensure that you do not use a pointy object to release the vacuum as this may damage the valve seat and cause your suction cup to no longer seal.
How do I install/replace the centre valve and sealing washer?

I'm trying to remove my Fusion-Loc suction cup but it won't come way from the wall.
If you are experiencing difficulty removing your suction cup ensure you have released the vacuum then twist of the suction cup. If all else fails you can slide a thin blunt object like a credit card between your wall and the grey sealing washer. Please note that you should not try and release the vacuum by inserting a pointy object like a pen as you may damage the suction cup.
