Fusion-Loc Returns & Refunds Online Shop Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If you purchased your Fusion-Loc from Bunnings and have changed your mind you will need to return it to them and are bound by their returns & refunds policy.

 

Fusion-Loc Online Shop Returns – Change of Mind

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
  • Shipping costs for change of mind is the customers responsibility
  • Shipping costs for damaged or faulty goods will be waived

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at https://fusionloc.com.au/pages/contact-us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
